Sonoma County Real Estate’s median sales price has been in the same general range since last spring, but January’s $555,000 marks a yearly high. The average property sold for 93.8 percent of its asking price, identical to December’s number.
The pace of sales has been slowing since November, and homes took an average of 81 days to leave the market in January. After dropping in the final month of 2015, the Monthly Supply of Inventory (MSI) was back to 1.9 in January.
